Laura Jaitman, the Argentina G20 Finance deputy, underlined the Think 20’s (T20) contribution to improve the leaders’ debate and inform decision-makers during the Global Solutions Summit , a T20 Argentina associated event.

“The research, is important to enrich the discussions of ministers and to inform and improve public policies. So the T20 and the ideas that you are bringing to the table are high-level and a valuable contribution to our presidency,” explained Jaitman during the closing plenary.

She added: “I’m very proud of the work the T20 Argentina is doing this year with the huge participation in the Inception Workshop as well as bringing together think tanks from 45 countries. The T20 is not only about communiques but also about forging relationships between countries and institutions.”

The official invited the audience to the T20 Summit in Buenos Aires from 16 to 18 September. “We would be very happy to receive you there,” she said.

In addition to participating in the closing session, Laura Jaitman also took part in the panel on “Adjusting the Financial System to Support the 2030 Agenda”.
